Ouray Elopement: Jeeping in the San Juans

Jessica and Brian wanted to spend the day together with just the two of them doing something epic, so they decided to spend it in Ouray and rent a Jeep to go up into the mountains with. After getting ready, Jessica and Brian took their pups for a walk around town. Afterward, we piled in the Jeep and headed up to the basin for their vows. Jessica and Brian drove the bumpy, crazy road up to the top and said their vows by the lake. The theme for their day was Phish, because, well, they're obsessed with Phish- they even met on a plane on the way to a Phish festival. So, naturally, their vows included a line from a Phish song, they wore Phish socks, a Phish tie, Phish dog bandanas, blasted Phish music throughout the day, and of course smoked a bit of weed after their "I do's" (don't worry, I drove us down!). After their vows, we enjoyed a little charcuterie spread, admired the wildflowers, and took in the view. It was a perfect day full of adventure, the most gorgeous views, and everything that Jessica and Brian hold dear (mostly Phish, tbh).
