How the Booking Process Works
1. We chat to make sure we’re a good fit for each other
We’ll chit chat on the phone, talk about the two of you, talk about what you’re looking for, the logistics if you’re unfamiliar with the area you’re eloping, and you’ll have the chance to ask me about anything and everything you have questions about for your day. I do not help my couples plan their day or offer specific ceremony locations until after they’ve booked with me.
2. When you’re ready you’ll sign the contract and pay the retainer
Once you’re ready to book, let me know, and I’ll send over the contract and invoice. The retainer is 50% of the total cost and will save your date in my calendar. The other half of the total cost will be due at the halfway point between when you book and your elopement date. I take payment both via credit card and bank transfer through a secure invoicing platform.
3. We plan your day!
Once everything is signed and paid, we’ll start planning your elopement day. I’m not quite as involved as an actual wedding planner might be, but I will help with finding a ceremony location, information on permits, putting together the timeline for the day, suggesting the best time of day for photos lighting-wise, and recommending other vendors you might want to include in your day.
