I am stoked, and humbled that you took the time to reach out to me. There is no bigger honor than having a couple completely trust me to document their love story.
I put together this little guide so you can get an idea of how this whole process works, and check out the different packages I offer! Take a look through it all, and feel free to ask me any questions at any time!
First off, a little introduction - I'm Katie
I fell into the world of elopements 5 years ago, and never looked back. I'm inspired by my couples, their stories, and the adventure they choose to embark on together as they become one. I chase after the big laughs, vast landscapes, dirty dresses, and teary eyes.
Here's the thing, I want to be more than a vendor. I want a real connection, and I hope you want the same. I'm not just showing up to your wedding day as another vendor, I'm experiencing the adventure with you, so it's important to make sure we are a good fit.
This is going to be an intimate, fully custom process. I work one on one with each of my couples to craft a day that is meaningful, intentional and ultimately represents you. This means that vulnerability is so important. I want to truly get to know you, so I can capture your story in an honest way. The best experience with me involves lots of collaboration, planning and dreaming together, and I can't wait to begin the process with you.
Inclusions
Yes, we are gonna have a lot of FUN together - but I also value professionalism, and providing you with an incredible experience that you won’t find anywhere else. When you work with me, you'll get a carefully crafted, elevated, and collaborative experience.
All packages include the following:
Location recommendations for wild, rugged, remote locations where you won’t find anyone else
A collaborative experience building the timeline of your day around your vision and priorities
Recommendations for the best local vendors, accommodations, etc.
The full story of your elopement day documented from start to finish
Full gallery of high-res downloads delivered in 4-6 weeks
All travel costs are included, there are no additional fees, the package price is the final price
Elopement & Small Wedding Packages
Check out the different packages I offer below. My packages are structured to accommodate the spontaneous, relaxed nature of elopement days. I designed each package to fit different types of elopements, so it's helpful to read the descriptions to better understand which package best fits the day you are envisioning! I'm also happy to provide some guidance on this when we chat over the phone.
All packages are all inclusive, so there are no additional travel costs or hidden fees.
Sunset Elopement
Typically about 4-6 hours of continuous coverage
Enough time to explore 1-2 locations during golden hour
Travel costs included
For those who want something easy and simple - just you and your love in a wild place, Jeeping into the mountains, exploring breathtaking locations, and saying your vows as the sun sets in the distance.
Your timeline will be built around your wants and needs, but this package typically includes enough time for getting ready photos, a first look (if you choose to do one), and a sunset adventure to say your vows, explore and take some beautiful photos (you can view example timelines by clicking the button below).
Ideal for 2 person elopements, or simple weddings with small guests counts and fewer locations.

Sunrise & Sunset Elopement
Typically about 8-10 hours of continuous coverage
Enough time to explore 2-4 locations during golden hour in the morning and evening
Travel costs included
This package gives you the chance to have your full wedding day documented from start to finish - from watching the sun rise in a breathtaking place, to celebrating under the stars with a candlelit dinner. You'll get everything that's included with the Sunset Package, plus an additional morning session for more golden hour photos. After sunrise we will typically take a mid day break, and then meet up again for the rest of the day.
This package can be tailored creatively to suit your needs, and coverage can be divided up any way you like. Ideal for elopements in locations with multiple spots to explore, or for couples who are inviting guests along and want to split the day up to have time for a private adventure

2-day Elopement
Typically about 10 hours of coverage split between two days
Enough time to explore 2-4 locations during golden hour
Travel costs included
I'll document your entire wedding day from start to finish, along with an additional session the day before or after your ceremony. This package allows me to capture more of your story, and allows you the flexibility to spend more of your time with your people on your wedding day, AND to dedicate time for just the two of you! This is my favorite package, and the one I chose for my own elopement day.
The extra day of coverage can be used for an epic adventure to get your dream wedding photos, a relaxing day at a luxury cabin with private hot springs, or coverage of any pre/post wedding day activities with your guests. This package is ideal for intimate weddings (15+ guests) and can be tailored creatively to suit your needs.

Super 8 Film
2-3 minute video, shot on color negative 8 mm film

For those that want their memories captured through the nostalgia of 8 mm film.
I'll document the entire story of your day on film, in addition to your digital photography. You'll receive a beautifully edited 1-2 minute video, set to music.

For those that want their memories captured through the nostalgia of 35 mm film.

Next Steps
Make it Official
Once you are ready, I'll send over the contract, and invoice for the $2500 non-refundable retainer payment. The final payment will be due 60 days before your wedding date. Once everything is signed and paid, you are officially booked!
Start Planning
Once you are officially booked and in my calendar, we can really dive in to the planning process. I'll get you set up with your planning portal, send over all of my helpful resources + questionnaires, and begin drafting up your customized location guide.
