Megan and Ben are from the midwest, but wanted a beautiful backdrop for their elopement, so they decided to say their vows in Crested Butte. The two road tripped out to Colorado and met up with their closest family members and friends who they spent the weekend with. The two said their vows with their loved ones in the backyard of their Airbnb and cut their cake before heading out to the backcountry to say their vows privately. As they began their vows, it started pouring rain. They huddled under a teeny umbrella and promised their love to one another while the most beautiful rainbow formed behind them. After their vows, we explored the alpine lake, and took in the magic of the day.
