Step 1: Hop on a call
Let’s get to know each other and answer some of your questions! You can find most answers to your questions here, but if I haven’t been able to address some of your concerns, lemme know on the call!
Step 2: Talk about the details
We’ll chat about how you met, what made you wanna elope, where you wanna elope, what your dream day looks like, What fun adventures you want to include on your day, and just general chit chat to see if we get along good and are on the same page for what you want for your day.
Step 3: Lock in a date
When you’ve decided on a date that works with my schedule, I’ll send over a contract for you to sign and an invoice for the retainer, which is 50% of the total cost of coverage. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is saved, you’re all booked, and we’re ready to start the planning process.
What to expect after booking
Welcome and Location Scouting
We’ll talk about where you envision your day taking place, how you want the day to feel, what kind of accommodations you’re looking for, what activities you want to include in the day, and anything special or unique you want to plan. I’ll send you a detailed location guide to help you figure out more specific places to say your vows or explore afterward.
Activity Ideas and Vendor Recs
After chatting and deciding on a location, we’ll plan the rest of the day. We’ll chat about what activities you might want to include on your day, and I’ll send you info on florists, hair and makeup, Jeep rentals, or any other things you might want to include on your day.
Pre-Wedding Prep
As the date approaches, I’ll help you create a timeline for the day that gives ample time for the day’s activities without feeling rushed, and schedule the ceremony and photos for when the lighting is best. I’ll also send over a little questionnaire for you to fill out that goes over the details of the day, so we’re on the same page for everything.
Your Wedding Day
This is the easy part! You get to enjoy all the planning we’ve put in, dress up in your best fits, and go exploring! You’ll get ready for the day, say your vows, pop some champagne, and go do whatever the hell you want, because it’s your day. I’ll be tagging along to get the laughs and tears and the little in-between moments while you focus on embarking on your best adventure yet. Once the day is all said and done, you’ll receive your gallery within 4-6 weeks so you can relive the day all over again.
